Helicoflex®
The sealing principle of the Helicoflex® is based upon the plastic deformation of a lining of greater ductility than the materials surrounding it.
Can be fitted to all standard or special flanges. An Helicoflex® seal can always be designed, whatever the sealing level require.

* With or without inner/outer compression limiter
* Does not stick
* Can be used in special assemblies: radial compression on a cone, a sphere, or a shaft
* Very large tamperature range
* From ultra-high vacuum to several hectobars.

Temperature: -273 C to +750 C. Pressure max 1000 bar.
Can be designed with all kinds of lining materials: Lead, Indium, Tin, Aluminum, copper, Silver, Gold, soft iron, Nickel, Stainless steel, Inconel, Niobium, Titanium, Platinum, Tantalum, Zirconium, etc.
